Heir to one of Switzerland’s oldest noble families, Jessica Simonius represents the perfect synthesis between centuries-old tradition and contemporary entrepreneurial vision. Raised among the historic vineyards of Propriété Veillon Au Cloître, she developed from a young age a deep passion for the winemaking art that has characterized the family heritage for over two hundred years. After completing her education in business management at prestigious European universities and gaining experience in the family’s various entrepreneurial sectors, Jessica chose to dedicate her career to promoting French-Swiss wine excellence. Her mission is to bring the refined tradition of Alpine wines to the world, combining expertise passed down from generation to generation with innovative commercial strategies. Under her leadership, SIMONIUS Fine Swiss Wine has become synonymous with premium quality and authenticity, representing the natural evolution of a family heritage that unites nobility, competence, and passion for excellence.

Training internship at Propriété Veillon Au Cloître, learning traditional winemaking techniques and developing skills in managing the family wine heritage.

Business Development Manager for the Simonius family group, coordinating investments in various sectors of the Swiss economy and gaining experience in multi-sector business management.

Strategic consultant for European premium wineries, developing expertise in international marketing of excellent wines and luxury branding.
